Arthur Cheong, founder of crypto investment fund DeFiance Capital, is raising capital for a new fund, four people familiar with the matter said. The new venture capital fund, which will still use the DeFiance name, will primarily focus on investing in liquid crypto projects, with the goal of raising about $100 million, a person familiar with the matter said.
